"I recently submitted an article discussing the impact of biophilic design on mental health in the workplace. As an interior designer, I have seen firsthand how incorporating elements of nature into workspaces can have a profound effect on employees' mental health. In my experience, adding natural materials, plants, and natural light sources can significantly reduce stress levels and increase overall happiness. For my article, I chose to address the topic of ethical design in fashion, as it's a subject that has always been close to my heart. As an aspiring fashion designer, I've witnessed the negative effects that fast fashion can have on both the environment and garment workers. In my article, I discuss the importance of considering the entire lifecycle of a garment, from the materials and production methods used, to the fair treatment of workers and the eventual disposal of the garment.
